Information you choose to provide

Our inquiry forms ask for your name, phone number, email address, county, project type, preferred contact method, and, on detailed forms, project notes. Commercial inquiries may include a company name, bid deadline, and a link to plans.

We use this information to respond, discuss your project, arrange next steps, and maintain related business communications. The form also includes the originating website and page so the inquiry can be understood in context. Do not submit payment card details, banking information, Social Security numbers, passwords, or access codes.

Website services

Inquiry forms are delivered through Formspree. Formspree processes submissions under its own privacy practices. Fonts are loaded from Fontshare, and the website hosting service delivers page files. These services may receive technical request information such as an IP address and browser details when your device connects.

Links to Facebook, planning authorities, and other outside websites take you to services with their own privacy policies. Sending an email or text also uses your chosen email or mobile service.

Contact choices

The preferred-contact field lets you tell us whether you would rather receive a phone call, text, or email about your inquiry. Submitting a project request is not presented as enrollment in a marketing subscription.

If you want to correct information or ask us to stop contacting you about an inquiry, call, text, or email DJ Fence & Gate. We will discuss the request and any records that need to be retained for business or legal reasons.

Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies can help measure website visits and advertising results. Essential website and form-delivery services may process technical information as described above.

Before you choose, the Google Ads tag loads with advertising storage and advertising user-data consent set to denied. It can send limited signals without advertising cookies, including a signal after a successful estimate submission. We configure advertising-data redaction and do not store advertising click identifiers or campaign attribution in this state. These limited signals help Google estimate advertising results; they do not guarantee that every inquiry will be attributed to an ad.

Choose Allow measurement to enable advertising cookies and fuller conversion measurement, or Decline to stop further Google measurement on this website. Previously saved declines remain respected, and Global Privacy Control keeps Google measurement off. Declining reloads the page to unload the tag, so please choose before entering your form details. Your choice does not prevent you from requesting an estimate. We remember it for up to 180 days, where browser storage is available. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change it.

When you allow measurement, advertising click identifiers and selected campaign parameters may be stored for up to 30 days and included with your inquiry to help us understand which advertising brought it to us. Changing to Decline clears the attribution stored by this website and accessible first-party Google Ads cookies. It does not remove information already received by service providers.

Google Analytics and Google advertising

Google Ads helps measure successful estimate submissions following advertising interactions. Before you choose, limited requests may contain a timestamp, consent state, sanitized page address, referring-site origin, browser and network information, and a randomly generated inquiry ID for duplicate prevention. Google receives technical request information, including an IP address, when your browser connects. After you allow measurement, advertising identifiers can also be used. We do not send the name, email, phone number or project notes entered in your form to Google Ads. Enhanced conversions and personalized advertising are not configured. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s explanation of consent mode.

For eligible advertising visits with measurement allowed, Google may show a forwarding number for voice calls. Calls to that number are routed to DJ Fence & Gate, and Google processes call-reporting information such as call time and duration to measure advertising results. Website calls meeting the configured 60-second threshold may count as conversions; clicking a phone link alone is not counted as a completed call. Text-message links continue to use our regular business number. Google Ads call recording is enabled for this business. Eligible calls may be recorded and analyzed by Google to assess lead quality, with applicable notices provided in the call flow. See Google’s call-recording information and Google’s website call-tracking information.

Google Analytics is not currently enabled. We will review this notice and applicable controls before adding analytics or other advertising uses.

Facebook, Instagram and Meta tracking

If enabled, the Meta Pixel may help measure website visits and advertising results and support relevant advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Meta technologies may use cookies and receive device information and activity on a business website, including when a visitor is not logged in to a Meta account. See Meta’s Cookies Policy for its practices and available controls.

Our Facebook link takes you to Facebook. Visiting or interacting with that page is subject to Meta’s policies; a link alone does not install the Meta Pixel on this website.

Your cookie and advertising choices

You can use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. This may affect the operation of some websites or third-party services. Google provides My Ad Center to manage advertising preferences and a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers. Meta describes account settings and browser controls in its Cookies Policy.

Advertising preferences and cookie controls have different effects. Turning off personalized advertising does not necessarily stop all technical data collection or all advertising. Contact us using the details below if you have questions about information associated with your inquiry.
