New residential installations
Limited lifetime workmanship coverage on qualifying complete new installations, for as long as the original customer owns the property. Non-transferable.
Fence & gate repairs
One year of workmanship coverage on repairs and work involving existing fences, unless otherwise stated in writing. Existing components are not covered.
New gates & commercial projects
New gates include two years of complimentary adjustments. Commercial warranty terms follow the project agreement, with one year of workmanship coverage unless otherwise specified in writing.

Yes. DJ Fence & Gate handles fence and gate repairs, including damaged sections, leaning posts, hardware, and gate problems. We assess the condition of the existing fence and explain repair or replacement options based on what we find.
Do you work on automatic gates and access control?
Yes. We provide gate installation and repair, automated gate operators, and access-control services for residential and commercial properties. Tell us about the current system and the problem or improvement you have in mind.
What types of fencing do you install?
We offer wood, vinyl, aluminum, ornamental steel, chain-link, and specialty fencing. We’ll help you discuss the material, style, layout, and gates that fit your property and project requirements.
Is financing available?
Yes. Financing is available. Ask us about current options when you request your estimate. Specific terms and eligibility depend on the financing arrangement.
What warranty comes with the work?
Qualifying complete new residential installations carry a limited lifetime workmanship warranty for the original customer while they own the property. Repairs generally carry one year of workmanship coverage. New gates include two years of complimentary adjustments. Commercial terms follow the project agreement, with one year of workmanship coverage unless otherwise specified in writing. Conditions and exclusions apply; read the written warranty for full details.
