Vinyl Fencing with DJ Fence & Gate
If you like the appearance of vinyl fencing, start by deciding where you want privacy and where an open boundary would work better. We can discuss available styles and the details that carry the look across the property.
A vinyl project still needs careful attention to grade, gate locations, existing fence removal, and the limits of the chosen product system. We’ll review those items before a final material and layout are agreed.
For damaged existing fencing, send photos of the overall section and the parts that need attention. Repair options depend on the system, component dimensions, and product availability. We do not promise an exact replacement based on color alone.
The details that matter
Discuss the views you want screened and where fence sections meet the home, driveway, or neighboring boundaries.
Review available picket and other open designs when you want definition without a solid screen.
Plan openings with compatible components and hardware appropriate to the selected system.
Identify the product where possible and review whether suitable replacement parts are available.
Compare the details
Start with the look you like, then compare privacy, access, care and the needs of your property.

Solid gray infill gives a consistent screened boundary. Confirm the selected color, post reinforcement and gate framing in the written proposal.

White panels and capped posts create a clean privacy fence. Review the panel system, height, care instructions and the amount of screening you need.

The corner and return are part of the finished design, not an afterthought. Discuss transitions, post locations and how the panels meet changes in level.

Solid lower panels screen the yard while the lattice changes the upper profile. Confirm the complete height and opening pattern, especially near a pool.
A closer look
Start with full privacy if screening is the priority. Semi-private, spindle-top and lattice-top treatments let more light through. For a front yard or garden, compare straight and scalloped pickets rather than assuming every vinyl fence needs to be a solid wall.
Colors, textures, heights and decorative sections vary by product. Use current samples and specifications when finalizing a selection. The photographs show selected examples, not every possible configuration or a guarantee of current stock.
Vinyl panels work as a system. The post profile, rails, infill and any reinforcement need to suit one another and the intended installation. A matching-looking component from another product may not be interchangeable.
Wide gates need appropriate frames, hinges and supports. Discuss how often the opening will be used and what must pass through it. A gate should not be widened by simply making a standard panel into an oversized leaf.
Panel arrangements respond differently to sloping ground. Discuss the selected product's installation options and the resulting space below the fence. A drawing or marked layout can make this easier to understand before materials are ordered.
Plan around service equipment, drainage features and retaining walls. If the fence is part of a pool barrier, its openings and gate hardware require a separate review of the requirements that apply to the property.
Follow the product's cleaning instructions and check gates and hardware periodically. Avoid assuming that any cleaner or pressure-washing method is suitable. Ask how individual rails, infill or posts can be replaced if damaged.
Cost depends on product, color, height, total run, gate construction, removal and site conditions. For repairs, send a close-up of the rail and post profile so compatibility can be checked. Workmanship and manufacturer material coverage are separate.

A clear way forward
Share a preferred color, style, and any neighborhood guidelines.
Discuss how the chosen fence system will follow the property and how transitions will look.
Confirm the proposed system and any product-specific care or warranty documents.
Our workmanship coverage and any manufacturer material warranty are distinct.
We stand behind our work
Qualifying complete new residential installations are covered for as long as the original customer owns the property. Non-transferable. Material defects, natural wood changes, and other exclusions apply. Repairs and commercial work have separate terms.
Before we get started
We can assess it. Matching depends on the original system, dimensions, and current component availability.
Compatibility needs to be checked. Similar-looking panels and posts are not necessarily interchangeable.
Our limited lifetime warranty covers qualifying residential installation workmanship, not independent material defects. Any material warranty follows the manufacturer’s terms.
Yes. We plan gate openings and compatible components as part of the layout.
The approach depends on the panel system and grade. Review stepping, available adjustment and bottom gaps with the actual product before selecting a layout.
We can assess the damaged components and look for compatible replacements. Matching the profile and color may be difficult with discontinued or weathered products.
Some systems offer other colors or textures. Ask for the currently available options for the selected style, including matching gates.
Vinyl and wood have different care requirements. Follow the selected manufacturer's cleaning and maintenance instructions rather than applying a wood-finishing routine.
