Aluminum Fencing with DJ Fence & Gate
An ornamental aluminum fence can define a space without using a solid privacy panel. We’ll discuss the style, intended use, grade, and gate locations so the proposed fence fits the property.
For backyards, think about what needs to pass through or remain inside the boundary. For a pool area, the applicable barrier requirements must be part of the planning conversation. For a business, share the perimeter and access needs before selecting a residential-looking design.
We also review repairs to existing aluminum fencing. Bent or damaged components need to be assessed alongside the supports and adjoining sections, and replacement matching depends on the original product and availability.
The details that matter
Plan the fence around yard use, sightlines, landscaping, and walk or equipment gates.
Review the proposed product and complete barrier layout against the requirements for your particular pool.
Discuss the desired perimeter appearance together with access, specifications, and the intended use.
Evaluate damage and the availability of compatible posts, panels, and hardware.
Compare the details
Start with the look you like, then compare privacy, access, care and the needs of your property.

A smooth top rail keeps the profile simple. Compare panel height, picket spacing and the way the fence follows the ground.

An open aluminum layout keeps the pool in view. Select the panel, gate and hardware as one barrier system, with local requirements checked before installation.

A coordinated corner closes the yard without a solid privacy screen. Plan returns, post positions and the usable space inside the fence.

A consistent rail line gives a longer boundary a clean appearance. Discuss stepped or racked sections where the ground changes.
A closer look
Two-rail and three-rail designs create different visual proportions. Puppy-picket and spear-top styles change the appearance and openings. A style name alone does not establish suitability for a pool or animal enclosure.
Bring the important dimensions into the estimate: overall height, picket spacing, clearance below the panels and the gate opening. For pets, tell us about the animal's size and any climbing or digging behavior.
Some panel systems can adjust to a slope within their specified limits. Stepping or another transition may be needed where the ground changes more sharply. We review the chosen product and the terrain together.
Corners, retaining features and connections to structures need details of their own. Check what the finished fence will look like at the top and bottom of a slope, not just along a level sample section.
If the fence forms a pool barrier, tell us at the start. The selected design, openings, closing and latching arrangement must be evaluated against the applicable requirements; an open metal fence is not automatically a compliant pool barrier.
For other uses, think about routine foot traffic and occasional equipment access. Hardware, gate width and support conditions should suit both, without leaving an entrance that is awkward to use.
Compare aluminum and ornamental steel as complete specified systems, not just by appearance. Member sizes, grade, finish and gate construction affect the choice. Ask about the product warranty separately from installation workmanship.
Check gates and visible damage periodically and follow manufacturer care guidance. If a panel is bent or struck, we can assess whether a compatible section and its supports can be replaced without changing the full line.

A clear way forward
A decorative boundary, pet area, and pool enclosure may call for different details.
Bring the needs of the property into the design rather than choosing by appearance alone.
Review transitions and the way the selected system will follow the site.
Choose locations and hardware around actual use and any project-specific requirements.
We stand behind our work
Qualifying complete new residential installations are covered for as long as the original customer owns the property. Non-transferable. Material defects, natural wood changes, and other exclusions apply. Repairs and commercial work have separate terms.
Before we get started
The open styles shown here do not provide a solid privacy screen. If privacy is your priority, we can also discuss wood, vinyl, and specialty options.
It can be considered, but the specific product, layout, gates, and installation must meet the requirements that apply to that pool.
We can assess the damaged section and its supports. A replacement depends on product identification and compatible parts.
Yes. Gate style, opening, hardware, and use are discussed with the fence design.
No. Pool-barrier suitability depends on the specific design, dimensions, installation and gate hardware, as well as applicable local requirements.
They may help reduce lower openings, but the actual spacing, gate gaps and ground clearance must be checked for your animal.
We can assess the panel and its supports. Matching product dimensions, connections and finish is part of determining a practical repair.
Compare the full system, including member sizes, finish, gate construction, maintenance and project requirements. We can review both against the intended use.
